Traditional J-Style day cloths in 4 different colours for top hygiene practices are available alongside more traditional stockinette dishcloths, tea towels and glass cloths of various styles and qualities.

Scourers of various styles including metal pot scourers, nylon scourers and sponge back scourers are available alongside Waiters Cloths, Oven Cloths and honeycomb cloths.

Hygienic storage of all of these items is essential to maintain hygiene standards.

• Sponge or foam products should be discarded regularly or when they shown the slightest contamination.
• Day cloths should not be washed and used again. They should be used for a maxmimum of 1 day and discarded.
• Any utensils that are cleaned using metal pot scourers or Brillo Soap Pads should be thoroughly rinsed to ensure fragments do not contaminate food OR damage dishwashers. 
• Stockinette cloths, teatowels, oven cloths and all other linen items should be washed reguarly.
